Senior Modeller (REF 08924)

Seda Pharmaceutical Development Services are going through a period of rapid expansion as we establish ourselves as a premier, science led, pharmaceutical CRO. Working with a team of experts in Clinical Pharmacology and Drug Development, you’ll support a range development projects through application of data visualisation, data analysis, together with pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic modelling

Reports to: Associate Director/Team Leader

Experience: You’ll be educated to PhD Level in a subject incorporating applied mathematics and/or mathematical modelling (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or other degree with numerate skills) ideally with knowledge of modelling biological processes. Or educated to at Degree Level in a subject incorporating applied mathematics and/or mathematical modelling (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or other degree with numerate skills) ideally with knowledge of modelling biological processes and at least 5 years’ experience in applying mathematical models to real-world problems along with interpreting and evaluating model results in context

Salary: Competitive Salary + Benefits (based on level of experience)

HR Business Partner

After a 20 year career in HR working primarily in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Faye Briffa set up Ashfield HR, an HR Consultancy supporting North West based small and medium sized companies who have no in-house HR capability.

Faye is CIPD qualified having achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2002.  Since then, she has held a variety of HR roles, including in Recruitment, Employment, Business Change and HR Business Partnering.

As an experienced HR professional Faye now leads all recruitment activities and the establishment of high performing teams in the Seda organisation.
